Social Responsibility:
At Wyndham Worldwide, Corporate Social Responsibility is not a program to implement or a policy to follow. It is a way of living, working and playing that embodies our vision and values, celebrates our diversity and supports a balance of professional and personal needs. The Company has a responsibility not only to our communities in which we operate but also to each and every guest, investor, business partner and associate.
In 2006, as the Company was preparing to spin off Wyndham Worldwide and to establish this great hospitality company, the President and Chief Executive Officer, Stephen P. Holmes, had the unique opportunity to reflect on what was important to him as a leader and what values he thought would build a strong foundation for our new company. Steve's vision has become Wyndham Worldwide's Core Values.
Wyndham Worldwide Core Values:

- Respect everyone, everywhere: Whether we are working with a customer, a hotel franchisee, a senior executive or a security guard - respect knows no boundaries.

We have created the Wishes by Wyndham program which embodies our philanthropic donations including the use of our time to help others.
Environmental Responsibility:
Wyndham Worldwide understands that our business activities impact the earth and its resources. We will continue our efforts to conserve resources, preserve natural habitats and prevent pollution. We will work globally and act locally by:
- Developing environmental best practices in programs, products and services
- Setting environmental impact targets and measuring performance
- Working with our associates, suppliers, owners and local communities to minimize our environmental impact
- Complying with local, state and federal environmental laws
Our main areas of focus include:
- Educate and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Reduce energy consumption and track performance
- Reduce water and energy usage and recycle
- Improve air quality
- Minimize waste by recycling and reusing materials
- Implement sustainable procurement practices
- Participate in local community environmental activities

We serve by providing life-enriching travel products and services at a fair price and by actively supporting the communities in which we operate. Through our Charitable Contribution Matching program, as well as our charitable foundation, Wyndham Worldwide provides generous financial and voluntary support.
