Wyndham Vacation Ownership Wins Six Stevie® Awards For Sales & Customer Services

ORLANDO, Fla. (March 7, 2017)Wyndham Vacation Ownership (WVO), the world’s largest vacation ownership company and member of the Wyndham Worldwide family of companies (NYSE:WYN), earned six prestigious awards at the eleventh annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, February 24 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. More than 650 executives from around the world attended.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes several of the world’s leading business awards programs including the prestigious American Business AwardsSM and International Business AwardsSM.
More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition, with WVO earning one (1) gold, one (1) silver and four (4) bronze Stevie Awards.

Gold Stevie Award:

• Innovation in Sales - Robert Peck, QA Manager, Atlantic City, recognized for his revolutionary approach in engaging our owner base in support of Armed Forces overseas. By bringing awareness to this important initiative and emphasizing Wyndham’s core values, Robert was able to improve performance at his site and reduce rescission rates.

Silver Stevie Award:

• Contact Center Leader of the Year - Mark Candell, Senior Director, Contact Center Operations

Bronze Stevie Award:

• National Sales Executive of the Year - Brendon Buirski, Vice President, Williamsburg
• Sales Representative of the Year - Jason Page, Sales Representative, Vino Bello Resort
• Best Use of Technology in Sales - Sales Recording System
